Robert Griffin went out in week 5 against the so far ndefeated Atlanta Falcons. Although I'm an RG3 fan, my team is the Falcons so I had to root against him this time. This game wasnt too hot for him though. He threw 10 for 15 for only 91 yards! he rushed only once for 7 yards. This wasnt his best game, and unfortunately he suffered a mild concussion in the 3rd quarter, and had to leave the game early.
Andrew Luck went out against the widely feared Packers! If yo are a football fan, you know he wasnt expected to win this one. Luck surprised all of us, having one of the best games in his short career. He threw 31 of 55 362 yards, and 2 touchdowna. He led an amazing comeback, being down 21-3 at the half, to have a last minute drive to win 30-27! Andrew Lck definitely had the better game this week!
In week 4 rg3 went out against the Tampa Bay Bucs. Although the bucs are not that great of a team sometimes/ they have the ability to win games sometimes. But RG3 and his Redskins were projected to win this game. RG3 as we have been seeing, had a great game for a rookie!! He threw 26 of 35, 323 yards, no touchdowns, and no picks. He rushed 7 times for 43 yards and a touchdown. He staged an amazing comeback to win the game in the last minute against the Bucs.
Andrew luck had no stats in week 4 due to the fact that the Colts had a bye week in week 4

In week 3, RG3 went out against the bengals! This was projected to be a close game, and yet again the young Robert Griffin put on a show. He had 12 carries for a total of 84 yards, with also a touchdown. His throwing was more than average for a rookie, going 21 of 31, 221 yards, with 1 touchdown. But despite great effort from RG3, the Redskins could not pull out a win and lost 31-38.
Andrew Luck had a good game as well. He went out against the jaguars in week 3. This was projected to be hard fought game! Luck ruxhed 4 times for 50 yards, and threw 22 of 46, 313 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 1 Interception. Luck put forth a good effort but had to sit back and watch the jags drive down the field and score, winning the game 22-17.
Weeden threw for 4,328 yards with 34 touchdowns, and Luck had 35 scoring passes while accumulating 3,170 yards. Both led their teams to 11-1 records. Now it was time for them to face off in the 2012 Fiesta Bowl. Andrew Luck played great that game comleting 87.1 % of his passes!! The win was in Lucks hands. It is 38-31 stanford. Luck gets them into field goal position. All the kicker has to do is make this 35-yard field goal and they will put the game away. The fans get loud, the kick is up its on its way!! Its hooked wide right!!! Oklahoma state gets the ball drives and scores a TD and takes it into overtime where they would take a win away from stanford for themselvs. It was a very disappointing loss for Luck
Well we were in for a big surpise this week from RG3!! The odds were certainly against young rookie quarterback Grifin III as he went into the game on Sunday!! And his first opener, was against none other than the hard hitting New Orleans Saints!! Who for the past few years have been reknown for there strong Defense! I think its safe to say alot of people were going for him to win, but no one really expected him to do anything great against th saints!! Well has he has done and continues to do ,he came out and put on a show and shocked Saints fans nation wide!! Showing amazing veteran poise in the pocket only srambling when necessary, RG3 threw for an amzing 2 touchdowns! Bt whats even more impressive than the touchdowns, he threw for 320 yards!! That is the second best by a rookie in his opening game of ALL TIME!!! His team managed to pll off a surprising win against the saints!!RG3, You were truly amazing last sunday!! you earned that win Boy!!
Now As for Andrew Luck not so good. He was good at times, but played quite skiddish against the bears on sunday. Andrew Luck's statline involved 300 passing yards and a decent 6.9 yards per pass attempt, but he only completed about half his passes and threw three interceptions. The bears defense pretty muh beat up Andrew Luck and his offense!

Robert Griffin III came in in 2008 to Baylor University. He started his first year as a true freshmen! In his first year he was surprising and earned the trophy of best freshmen in the Big Ten!! He came into 2009 with high hopes of bringing his team to the next level he sadly had to sit out the 2009 season due to a heartbreaking injury to his ACL. He was granted a redshirt for his 2010 season. . According to the bylaws, players who are injured after playing less than 30 percent of the season may be eligible (Griffin was injured during game three of 12 of the 2009 season, with 25 percent of the season completed). But unfortunately Baylor finished the season 7-6. Now the 2011 season is where we when he became a houshold name! If you watched football or even knew what it was, you knew who the amazing RG3 was!!! At the start of the 2011 season he started racking up stats!! The bears werent expected to do well this season, and started off the season with 15th ranked TCU!! To everyones surprise the Bears jumped out to a 47-23 lead!And were able to fight off a comeback after TCU gained the lead 48-47 briefly, only for Baylor to kick the game winning field goal and win 50-48!!They pulled off the upset in large part to Griffin's performance, who passed for 359 yards, 5 touchdowns and a 77.8% completion percentage. Griffin was considered by many to be a Heisman Trophy candida. After a bye week, Baylor shut out Stephen F. Austin State University 48-0 and Griffin went 20 of 22 (90.9%) for 247 yards and 3 touchdowns and ran for 78 yards. In week 4, Griffin ushered Baylor to their third win, beating Rice University 56-31. Griffin completed 29 of 33 passes (87.9%) for 338 yards with 51 yards rushing and a touchdown.In week five, against Kansas St. Griffin almost brought the bears to their fourth win, but lost 36-35 to Kansas St. completing 23 out of 31 (74.2%) for 346 yards, five touchdowns, and one interception. As most people know there is a huge controversy throughout the nation regarding 2 of the nations newest could be NFL superstars. Which one will be better in their rookie season? Which one will be a better QB in the long run? Will they live up to the high expectations and all the hype they are getting? If you know anything about football you should know by now I am referring to reknown Robert Griffin III vs Andrew Luck controversy! Both are great football players, each having his own special talents. RG III (Griffin III"s nickname)is a major threat over the ground and through the air! If you are a defense against him you better be ready to defend against his dynamic ability to make plays as well as extend them longer than the normal QB. As for Luck, he has his own set of talents. He has incredible accuracy throwing the ball for being at such a young age. He also is a threat, believe it or not, as a wide reciever, having a great set of hands as he displayed last year in college!! Although not as fast as Griffin III he also has some ability to run the ball when in a jam. As to who is better? That is yet to be determined! That is what I will be doing on this blog. I will be following and comparing Each of these great players.
